Supporting Local

Our culinary approach is grounded in seasonality, provenance and a profound respect for the people who cultivate, harvest and produce the ingredients within our menus. At our restaurant, Atria, we use mostly local Victorian produce to showcase ingredients at their freshest, whilst pickling and preserving abundant produce to be enjoyed for future seasons.

We are proud that all seafood, free-range pork, free-range eggs, and coffee used at The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne is sourced from sustainable growers, graziers and producers.
